We take a wild ride that ranges from the choices we have made all the way down to the latest scientific discoveries about what is going on inside our bodies at the level of proteins and cells. And we end by encountering the word that is the secret that leads to an exceptional life.

PSALM 103

1 Praise the LORD, O my soul; and all that is within me, praise his holy name.

2 Praise the LORD, O my soul, and forget not all his benefits—

3 who FORGIVES all your sins (Ephesians 1:7)

and HEALS all your diseases, (Matthew 15:30)

4 who REDEEMS your life from the pit (Titus 2:13-14)

and crowns you with love and compassion,

5 who SATISFIES your desires with good things (John 10:10)

so that your youth is renewed like the eagle’s.

God doesn’t just drag us back up to zero, he CROWNS US
with love and compassion!
