Zumba Exercise

We are proud to bring you Flip Fitness every Monday night from 6:00pm-7:00pm.  No longer do you have to go to a gym by yourself to reach your weight loss goals!  Now you can do it and have friends do it with you!

Apostle Paul told us, “Physical training was of some value but godliness has value for all things” (1 Timothy 4:8).  Well now we can do both by having the infamous exercise dance clance “Zumba”!

We hold Zumba exercise classes every Tuesday from 6:00pm – 7:00pm.  Zumba is a fun, exciting, and adrenaline pumping dance class!  You don’t have to run by yourself or lift heavy weights to loose weight, you dance it off!  Exercise and fellowship, what could be better?

Looking to strengthen your core?  Loose the extra weight around your abs?  Come on Wednesday nights for Abs and More!  A workout that is centered around strengthening your core!  Join us every Wednesday night from 6:00pm – 7:00pm,

On Thursdays we have FLIP Fitness from 6:00-7:00pm.  This is a low intensity workout that is specifically targeted for those who are looking for a beginners introduction to exercise.
