There is such a book, and it is called “The Great Divorce” by C.S. Lewis!    Our pastor has said “After to the Bible, this book has done more to help me understand God, Christianity, and myself than anything else I have ever read.”

The Leverington Church community is taking a nine week journey together through this book.  Each Sunday we will have a sermon on how that week’s chapter helps us understand a biblical truth.  Then during the week, in our small groups we will discuss the implications for our lives.   This adventure will culminate in the performance of a one-man show of the book by the acclaimed actor Tony Lawton.  This theatre production will be in our church and is open to friends, neighbors and co-workers.  If you ever wanted to invite someone who does not know Jesus but does love art to an event, this is it!
